Ways To Improve Your Learning Skills
*A lack of blood flow is one of the common reasons for lack concentration, while you are studying try to move and not seat at one place at all time.
*Take a 5-10 minute break every hour. Studies show that taking a break can be more beneficial than non stop study. On this break try to take a short relaxing nap,just close your eyes and relax.
*Remove All Distractions- try to find a spot that is quiet, choose a comfortable place to study.
Before you start your studying try to calm down and release all your stress, do something calming for about 5-10 minutes.
*Visual- symbols allow you to record information more efficiently.
*Post it notes is a very good way to remember the important things that you want and need to remember later on, you can put the notes inside the book at the page that you thought was important.
*Stay organized, I believe that when you are organized your thoughts will also be more organized.
*Stay positive- believe in your self.
*Read- read twice the material that you are studying.
*Get tools- there are many kinds of tools that you can use: online tools which are very useful this day, books, videos…
*Plan your learning- Plan your time, divide the harder parts from the easy parts.
*Goal-Set a goal
*Learn the basics-Start with the basic material, which will help you build up your studying later on.
*Be persisted- Don’t give up, you can do it!!
*Summarize-try to sum up the materials, which will give you a better understanding about your progress.
